Ensambles is a series of assemblages consisting of a combination of different pieces spanning a wide range of materials, from concrete and metal to organic and natural materials, that establish a dialogue in a non-linear fashion. Instead of following a traditional narrative or a linear sequence of events, the pieces interact with each other in a complex and multidimensional way. Each component brings its own story, texture and meaning, and when merged with the others, they create a web of unique connections and relationships. The dialogue between the different pieces is a dynamic and constantly evolving process. Like a conversation between people, the pieces interact, influence each other and generate new ideas and perspectives. Contrasting materials and diverse forms intertwine, generating creative tensions and unexpected symbioses.
Through this non-linear approach, I seek to modify conventional expectations of how the different parts of an artwork should be related. The absence of a rigid structure allows for greater freedom and spontaneity in the exploration of connections and associations. This fosters an enriching visual and sensory experience, where viewers can interpret and experience the work individually and uniquely. By allowing the pieces to interact asymmetrically, fertile ground is created for reflection, contemplation and exploration of multiple perspectives. Each viewer can find their own meaning and establish personal connections with the work, thus enriching the dialogue between the pieces and the viewer.
