A video of multiple symmetrically mirrored images that takes a tour inside a building construction site. A sound superimposition between the ambient sound of the construction and a recording of the sound of cicadas in a nearby area still uninhabited by humans establishes a relationship between before and after. 

This video aims to reflect on how a building becomes a new abstract landscape. How Le Corbusier´s “machines for living” are transformed and in turn transform our landscape, our environment and transform us as a society and civilization.
